Dream Builder Checking: Minimum to open this account is $25. The initial account opening bonus is subject to tax reporting requirements. You will receive a $25 bonus within 30 days after the opening deposit has been made.

Annual Percentage Yield (APY) subject to change. This is a variable rate that is subject to change after the account has been opened. Interest rate and APY are effective as of March 12, 2024.

Tier 1 – If your daily balance is $500 or less, the interest rate paid on the entire balance in your account will be 5.00% with an Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of 5.12%. 

Tier 2 – If your daily balance is greater than $500, the interest rate paid on the balance greater than $500 in your account will be 0.01% with an Annual Percentage Yield of 0.01%

Assuming a maximum account balance of $1,000 the Annual Percentage Yield (APY) will range from 2.56%-5.12%, depending on the account balance.

Birthday reward will be deposited the first business day of the month following when the birthday occurred. One birthday reward per account per calendar year.

Only parents/guardians can register for Online and Mobile Banking in the Building Blocks benefit category. Message and data rates may apply. Parents/guardians cannot register for Bill Payment until the minor is of the age of 16.
