Taryn Marino

Starting her career at F&M Bank in 2014, Taryn L. Marino has worked her way up through dedication, innovative thinking, and a commitment to excellence, becoming a driving force behind the bank’s success. She was named F&M’s Chief Retail Banking Officer in 2025.

A 2022 graduate of the University of Wisconsin's Graduate School of Banking, Taryn earned a Certificate of Executive Leadership, showcasing her commitment to personal and professional development. Her achievements include leading F&M Bank’s expansion into Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana, spearheading deposit growth initiatives that brought in over $90 million, and creating impactful training and development programs that empower employees to achieve their career goals.

Taryn’s leadership extends beyond her professional role, as evidenced by her involvement in the Women in Leadership Advisory Committee at Ashland University and her nomination for the 2023 Toledo 20 Under 40 Award. A dedicated community advocate, Taryn actively supports organizations such as the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, and 4-H Lyons Lucky Leaders, embodying a deep commitment to making a positive impact.

Taryn and her family reside in Delta, Ohio, where she continues to balance her professional accomplishments with her passion for community service.
