Peter Schork serves as F&M's Regional President for the Toledo, Ohio and Southeast Michigan regions, bringing over 25 years of banking and financial experience. 

Peter brings extensive leadership and market expertise to F&M. He previously served as Ann Arbor President for Oxford Bank and co-founded Ann Arbor State Bank, where he was President and CEO. His background also includes roles in commercial real estate, mortgage, and title services.

In his role, Peter oversees F&M’s offices in Toledo, Waterville, Swanton, Perrysburg, Sylvania, Birmingham, and Troy. Committed to community service, he is actively involved in organizations such as the Michigan Theater Board of Trustees and the Kiwanis Club of Ann Arbor.
