I'm Brooks LeFever, representing F&M Bank in both the Bluffton and Ossian locations. Although I'm new to the banking world, I'm excited to continue to grow my knowledge and career as a Home Loan Originator.  With over 12 years in the automotive industry, I've learned that the customer's needs always come first. From Customer Service, to Sales, Finance, and even Management, I've learned how to make the process as easy as possible. At F&M, I'm committed to offering my customers a transparent, simple, and straight-forward experience. My goal is to make things as easy as possible, but always making sure I get to know the clients that I serve and their specific needs.
