Benét Rupp serves as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at F&M Bank. In this role, she is responsible for leading the bank's people strategy, ensuring it aligns with F&M's vision, mission, and values. As a member of the executive leadership team, Benét provides strategic oversight for talent management, succession planning, organizational development, culture, diversity and inclusion, total rewards, and human resources technology. She leads the Human Resources team in developing programs and practices that attract, retain, and develop exceptional talent while fostering a strong, people-first culture across the organization.

Benét brings more than 30 years of experience in human resources, executive leadership, and mergers and acquisitions. She returned to F&M Bank after previously retiring from a distinguished career that included serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ProMedica. Her extensive experience also includes progressive human resources leadership positions with The Andersons, Inc., Therma-Tru Doors, MSC Walbridge Coatings, and National City Bank. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in numerous Northwest Ohio boards and professional organizations, serving in a variety of leadership capacities.

Benét earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toledo. She also holds several industry-specific professional certifications.
